Great customer service from everyone who works there!

Customer-first approach; feels like a human-to-human interaction rather than a processing plant like some of the larger dealerships. Service department, sales, all great experiences! I'm not sure which is better, the free lifetime oil changes, or the coffee machine they have available while you wait for them.

I would never buy from anyone else they are great.

My husband and I have been looking for a new Ford Bronco. Being very weary of dealerships we decided to go look at a Bronco at Palm Coast Ford. Our experience there was the best experience at any dealership we have ever had. Our sales guy Michael Alvarez was fantastic. He didn’t pressure us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Our finance manager Brian Tuma was also very helpful and not pushy. Hands down best experience when buying a car. We would recommend going to Palm Coast Ford 100%.

Our sales consultant, Frisco, was extremely helpful and stayed with us through the purchasing and delivery of our new vehicle to us. Best experience I’ve had with any dealership. Brody worked with me over the phone to go over all pricing details and options. He sent photos and videos of the vehicle as I requested them. Nearly all the leg work was done by the time I showed up to test drive the Bronco Sport I was interested in. I love my new Ford and I am grateful for the wonderful experience Palm Coast Ford provided.

Was a 2017 but it looked a drove like a new one. They was not one issue with the car. Not one scratch in the paint. I am a very picky car guy and I did not fine one issue with this car. Love it.
