I was new to the area and dropped my car off to have some recall work and light troubleshooting done. While there was some initial confusion in the service dept, the dealership Assistant General Manager stepped in. He reviewed the issue and reached out to me several times until we eventually connected. We walked through the service for the vehicle and he took notes on what went well and what did not. Even though I was not spending a great deal of money at the dealership, it was nice to see that level of attentiveness. I appreciate Mr. Summa reaching out and based on this experience I'd feel comfortable returning for future service.

My husband took his car into Palm Coast for issue with random sensor issues. The service guy Josh was very helpful, and issue seem to be corrected. My husband was out of town at the time so when the work was completed, they offered to have the car delivered, which was very helpful for me. There was a little bit of a snafu, but it was taken care of promptly! The General Manager Paul Summa understood my concerns and had the issues corrected quickly. No one is perfect, but the important part is how it's corrected. Thank you, Josh and Paul, for taking the time to listen and respond! We appreciate it!

I want to commend the service team at Ford Palm Coast for their exceptional work on my 2025 Explorer. Despite being only eight months old, my vehicle had a complex and persistent battery drain issue that was difficult to diagnose. Technician James demonstrated outstanding diligence and expertise, spending over a week to meticulously trace the problem to a faulty power steering module and battery monitoring sensor. His persistence in resolving the issue was truly impressive. I also want to thank Josh for his excellent communication, providing clear updates throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond by replacing some unrelated chewed-up insulation at no charge. This level of diagnostic skill and customer care is what sets a dealership apart. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

I had a great buying experience at Palm Coast Ford. The staff were very warm and genuine. My salesman Gabe was really wonderful. Josh and Chris were also very helpful. They have a wonderful, small town dealership vibe. Second, only to the service was the price. I got a really fair trade for my well used vehicle and the price of a new Ford Bronco was very decent. I like thing explain to me, just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I don’t understand it means I can’t fix it myself. Give me options and cost and treat me with respect and the Dakota did that. The techs who met me was vey professional I really appreciate that.

I highly recommend Palm Coast Ford. The sales team listen to your expectations and find every option to make the deal. I was really impressed with Gabe LeCount. He addressed every concern I had and never gave up on meeting my expectations. Gabe is honest, courteous and patient. All the qualities of a great salesperson. Ask for Gabe when you visit Pam Coast Ford. Additionally, their service department is FIRST CLASS. From the moment I arrived for service a person was available and escorted me to the service desk. Efficient and quick. They even offer a valet service to deliver your vehicle to your residence. The staff are very friendly and very professional. I will be returning to Palm Coast Ford for all my service needs. You cant beat their customer service. THEY CARE!!

I liked the facility and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They had just the car we wanted with all the safety features you could ask for and free lifetime oil changes. This is the most advanced vehicle I have ever driven. It almost drives itself with the Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control. We were taken on a test drive where Chris showed us all the car could do. Amazing The new car manager, finance manager and sales associates were all great people to be around. I would recommend Palm Coast Ford to anyone.
